Our Technology

We have the technology to track and manage any size project. We use an up to date software program that maps every address and identifies all federal and state targeted zones the address is located in. We also utilized a customized software database application that allows us to efficiently manage large amounts of data required for applicable state sales tax rebates. We have the capability to upload your electronic purchasing records and invoice images directly into our system which significantly minimizes the time and effort required to track and copy invoices applicable to a particular project. This also eliminates human error that can occur in manually entering invoice information into a database system.

Tracking purchases made by contractors and sub-contractors can be extremely burdensome. Our system can efficiently track each contractor to verify that a sufficient number of invoices have been received based on the amount of the contract.

In addition to the contractors report, a number of other reports can be easily generated from the system. The system is also set up to readily identify and correct duplicate invoices, illegible invoices, invoices missing critical information, etc.
